Membership Overview

The 24-Hour Access Membership grants the member keyless entry to Fifth Street Studio at any time, seven days a week, via the PDQ Spirit app or other access credentials as provisioned by Fifth Street Studio. This membership includes all benefits of a standard Studio Membership plus unrestricted after-hours access.

This is a month-to-month membership with no fixed term. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice as described in Section 7.

Section 1 — Access & Technology

1.1 Access Credentials

After-hours entry is granted through the PDQ Spirit mobile application, RFID fob, PIN code, or other credentials as provisioned by Fifth Street Studio upon execution of this agreement. The member agrees to:

Download and maintain the PDQ Spirit app on a personally owned device (if app access is provisioned)
Keep all login credentials, fobs, and PIN codes confidential and not share access with any other person
Immediately notify Fifth Street Studio if a device is lost, stolen, or credentials are compromised
Not allow any non-member to enter the studio using their credentials, at any time

1.2 Access Suspension & Revocation

Fifth Street Studio reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke after-hours access at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
