Membership Overview

The 24-Hour Access Membership grants the member keyless entry to Fifth Street Studio at any time, seven days a week, via the PDQ Spirit app or other access credentials as provisioned by Fifth Street Studio. This membership includes all benefits of a standard Studio Membership plus unrestricted after-hours access.

This is a month-to-month membership with no fixed term. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice as described in Section 7.

Section 1 — Access & Technology

1.1 Access Credentials

After-hours entry is granted through a personal pin code:

Keep all login credentials confidential and not share access with any other person
Immediately notify Fifth Street Studio if credentials are compromised
Not allow any non-member to enter the studio using their credentials, at any time

1.2 Access Suspension & Revocation

Fifth Street Studio reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke after-hours access at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

Sharing or misusing access credentials
Allowing unauthorized individuals into the studio
Violation of this agreement or the Member Handbook
Non-payment of membership fees
